ProAction Headstart Child Development

Early Head Start(EHS):
Serves pregnant women and infants from birth to age 3.

Head Start (HS):
Serves children ages 3 – 5 years old.

HS/EHS applicants must be residents of Steuben County or Yates County.
Both HS and EHS enrollees must meet certain federal income or other eligibility requirements.
10% of HS/EHS slots are made available to children with identified special needs.
