1p, Parade Lineup at Seneca/Genesee streets.
1:30, Parade starts…Up Seneca to Main, turn Left to Center, turn Right to Elm, Left onto Elm Street then Left into the festival gate. First Place prizes for First Responders/Military and Open Divisions!
